1. How to Save a WorkBook?
Locate and select the Save button on the Quick Access Toolbar.

2. Save As Pane
If you are saving the file for the first time, the Save As pane will appear in Backstage view.

3. Where to Save
Now choose the location to save the file. Click Browse to select a location on your computer.

4. File name
Enter a file name for the workbook.

5. Save Button
Click Save button to save your changes as you modify the workbook.

6. How to Share a Document?
Now to share a document, click the File tab to access Backstage view, then click Share.

7. Share pane
This is how Share pane will appear and by clicking anyone of them you can share.

8. Share with People
On the Share pane, if your document is saved to OneDrive, click the Share with People button.

9. Share with People
From here, you will be able to invite others to view or edit a document. It gives you the greatest levelof control and privacy when sharing a document.
