Create all the slides that you would like to save as JPEG

picture files.

The slides will save exactly how you created them and appear as

a picture. Be as detailed as possible by customizing titles,

adding shapes, clip art, etc.

When you have all the slides exactly how you would like them

to appear as pictures.

Click the Office Button,this Menu will appear.

Click SAVE AS

Click OTHER FORMATS

Navigate to where you would like your JPEG files to save.

Title your Project Click the drop down arrow by Save as Type.

Scroll and select JPEG FILE

INTERCHANGE FORMAT.

Click SAVE

Click EVERY SLIDE to save every slide

in your presentation as a JPEG picture file.

Click CURRENT SLIDE ONLY to

save the one slide you are currently working on as a

JPEG picture file.

Click OK

The JPEG picture files will be saved in a

folder that has the same title as the

original PowerPoint presentation.

The PowerPoint slides will be saved as JPEG picture files in the folder. Each JPEG will be titled Slide 1, 2, etc. based on the

position of the slide in the original presentation.

These JPEGs can now be used in a Photo

Story Movie Project, on a website, printed,

etc.

These JPEG picture files can be used just

like a photo taken from a digital camera

or a photo downloaded from the

internet.
