Why be certified?

By going through this step-by-step tutorial, you will attain a Sawmill Certificate good for three years.

Your certificate will give you a pay advance and two extra paid vacation days per year.

Start with your attire . . . There are essential

personal protective equipment required at the sawmill.

  Wear a sturdy hard

hat at all times.

More essential protective gear.

Wear gloves and safety goggles.

Safety goggles must have side corners for eye protection

Remember your ears.

Wear hearing protection while at saw is turned on.

Be alert while ear gear is covering your ears.
