The Dual Cutting table gives you a two blade option of

Ultrasonic or Pressure cut. The Pressure cut is great for

laminated materials; it can cut outdoor screens and can

cut both interior and exterior fabrics. By simply turning a

switch, the cutter changes blades. No tools necessary!

This dual cutting machine features an automatic length

stopper for setting the fabric length. It has a PLC and touch

screen control and also offers an automatic changeable blade

option. The light inspection box is located at the right of the

cutter over the table top for quick inspection before cutting.

The 3-in-1 cutting table is essentially our Dual Cutting

Table with the High Speed Rotary machine added at the

end. The High Speed Rotary cutter is specially designed

to cut through multiple layers of fabric. This table can be

used for exterior shades, because is features two cutters

on each end this will double production by using both

ends at the same time.

Our Ultratab XY Cutter is most popular with our

customers for its two blade independent use. Most

customers use this cutting table so that they can use

the pressure cutter to cut the top and bottom of the

shade and the ultrasonic blade is used to cut the

sides of the fabric to seal the edges.

The Ultratab XY Cutter is best used for high

production commercial jobs, when cutting the same

sized shades numerous times. The width of the

fabric is cut with a pressure cutter and the length is

cut with a blade. You also have the capabilities of

The Combi Cutter is designed to cut sheer elegance or zebra shade fabrics. It comes with castors, which makes it easy to move around the shop if need be. It is conveniently 110V or 220V, so it can be plugged into your wall at your shop. You can cut up to three shades at one time because of the four blades that it comes equipped with.

Our Semi-Automatic Impulse Welder can weld shades wider

than the machine. It is designed to join fabrics, weld 8mm

seams and it has most of the features our Impulse Welder

ability to slide and seal the shade ends

Machine features a foot pedal which motorizes the

lift bar. Safety is always a concern so we’ve

implemented emergency stops, if loss of power

occurs the lift bar will NOT dead fall.
