11 Checking after installation11.1Temporary License (no need if the License center is ready)

We use the license center to manage all the NE’s license in BSNL project. But M31 is not ready right now, so we use the temporary license for ISMG. Use gomcr user to change the License location:

$cd /home/gomcr/zxgomcr/ums-svr/deploy$ vi deploy-gsmomcr01.propertieslicense-location=LOCAL

SBCX Commissioning Guide-Frechet (14/31)

Page 15: SBCX Commissioning and Checking

Delete the files in /home/gomcr/zxgomcr/ums-svr/temp and then restart the gomcr process. And Use ftp tools upload the temporary license file to SBCX /home/gomcr/zxgomcr/ums-svr/deploy/. If the client is still can’t be start, the temporary license file ums-license.LCS is in the IOMCR version package /gsmomcr/ums-svr/deploy. Delete the files in /home/gomcr/zxgomcr/ums-svr/temp and then restart the gomcr process.

11.2License Center

Change the temporary license to license center after the ISMG connect to License center.Use gomcr user to change the License location:

$vi /home/gomcr/zxgomcr/ums-svr/deploy/deploy-gsmomcr01.properties# 二选一,默认值为 LOCALlicense-location=CENTER-----------//License center

# License代理的远端服务器地址license.server.IP=10.31.2.217----------------//License center IPlicense.server.IP.spare=10.31.2.217----------//License center IP

11.3Setting dbora autolly start

Set new dbora to make sure the OMCB dbase can be start outolly.#cp /home/gomcr/zxgomcr/ums-svr/tools/rb_split/dbora /etc/init.d#cd /etc/init.d/#chmod 755 dbora# ln -s /etc/init.d/dbora /etc/rc0.d/K10dbora# ln -s /etc/init.d/dbora /etc/rc6.d/K10dbora# ln -s /etc/init.d/dbora /etc/rc5.d/S99dbora# ln -s /etc/init.d/dbora /etc/rc3.d/S99dbora

12 OMCB&SDR route configurationThe route for OMCB between SBCX and SDR sites is started by OmmHost after we installed OmmHost. So we have to add the route in OmmHost files. There are 3 NetIf configration files. BSNL project used SBCX with PCB NO. 090602. So we only have to modify NetIf01.conf.NetIf00.conf for SBCX with PCB NO.060202NetIf01.conf is SBCX with PCB NO. 090602NetIf02.conf is SBCX with PCB NO. SBCX_2

Note: IP and IPOE site use same RPU IP. So that we can use MR server for all site.

16 Modify performance report mode from NFS to message modeBefore the performance data of the iBSC is reported by NFS mode. If the network quality is not good, it may fail to write to the disk. If the problem is serious, the link on the control plane will be disconnected and the service will be abnormal. For iBSCV6.20.711 series versions and the later versions, the mode to report the performance data is improved, that is, the data is reported in the message sending and receiving mode between OMP and SBCX. The message sending and receiving mode cannot work if OmmHost is not deployed in the server.1. Open ISMG, go to help-about, press “Ctrl+Alt+0” together and input password“xxx” to enable hidden functions.

Check that the performance data whether is reported or not in ISMG performance management after 15 minutes later.

17 Setting NFSThe NFS must be configured even though we use message mode show as chapter 16 “Modify performance report mode from NFS to message mode”, because of the “Front PC communication link broken alarm(18900224)” alarm monitored by NFS mode, it will show 18900224 alarm if NFS not started normally.

18 Synchronize data (form Master SBCX to Slave)After the master/slave SBCX rectification, check the consistency of the master/slave SBCX data after both boards work in the master/slave state stably. If the data is not consistent, it is necessary to perform all-table synchronization. It is necessary to perform data consistency check to the OMCR of the integrated OMCR and the independent OMCB at the same time. Use eth0:1 which Ip is 128.0.29.1/9 (left/right) for GOMCB and eth0:2 which Ip is 128.0.30.1/9 for GOMCR backup. All IPs are configured in “$OMCHOME/deploy/deploy-999split.properties” files.Note: 1. Must to execute all steps after ISMG/OMCB installed.2. Must to execute the steps without Ibackup when the space of the /home directory of the master SBCX is full, the slave board is powered down and restarted, or the master SBCX is restarted due to other causes.
