Aromas: Half aromatic intensity, with aromas of citrus notes such as lemon and grapefruit, pineapple, pear and coconut (toasted barrel). Mouth: Creamy with medium acidity, some lactic notes well integrated, good volume and average permanence, fresh and nice with good aftertaste and fruit charge. Matching: Fatty fish like salmon, tuna, albacore, halibut, sautéed vegetables, chapsui chicken, white meats, carpaccio, broth of conger soup (Neruda style), suck. Personal opinion: It is an intensely aromatic wine, specially for eatting, but what caught my attention the most is the volumen, consistency and balance that has in the mouth.
