Industry-Validated Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt Initiative
• Step 4: Body of Knowledge EvaluationLean-Sigma Green Belt Exam: 100 questions; closed-book, closed-notes; one attempt; passing threshold: 80%.
• Step 5: External Industry Evaluation Individual and team interviews by Sonoco Lean-Sigma Director and Black Belt team.

• 750 students currently enrolled as Operations and Supply Chain majors
• 80% of our students complete at least 1 internship before graduation
• Close to 100% placement rate (most students placed before graduation)
• 244 Capstone Consulting projects completed to date– identified aggregate cost savings of more than 220
million dollars for Partner Firms
