As part of the Partner Community, you are helping to grow your business alongside Scale Computing with investments across the board in sales, marketing, support, training, transactions, and more. And because Return on Investment (ROI) is so important--and the best partnerships go both ways--we want to work with Partners who are invested in working with us. Partner Role Why Join? Program Structure The Scale Partner Community makes it easy for you to work. Simplification is at the heart of not only our product but also our business and we've structured the Partner program to help make your business more profitable as you increase your investment with Scale Computing. As a Scale Computing Partner you will be the primary contact for prospects and existing end-user customers as well as the liaison between Scale Computing and the customer. You can best respond to a customer's unique requirements for product availability, delivery, technical support, and long-term follow-up. This frequent customer contact with a local company allows you to address a customer's current and future requirements on an individual level and provide the appropriate information, support, and services for the Scale Computing products you represent. We also support two-level distribution worldwide. Our distributors are Scale Computing's in-country representatives working to support Partners and simplify the transaction process. Scale Computing and distribution partners work together across one or more specific region(s) to promote Scale Computing solutions and the SPC. IT departments are spread thin supporting complex and aging infrastructure. IT professionals are run ragged keeping critical applications running and pulled in different directions while also managing the day-to-day help desk support for their end users. Scale Computing’s HC3 hyperconverged system brings simplicity, high availability, and scalability together in the datacenter for end-users, replacing the existing infrastructure and providing high availability for running VMs in a single, easy-to-manage platform. The HC3 system reduces complexity, reduces IT costs, reduces management time, streamlines the deployment of virtual machines, and helps small IT shops get back to day-to-day management without worrying about core infrastructure. Joining the SPC gives Partners access to this exciting HC3 technology as well as down-to-earth sales, marketing, and technology teams who are ready to help Partners do profitable business in a hyper-growth market. The SPC recognizes each partner’s unique capabilities and includes benefits and requirements consistent with their commitment to selling and supporting Scale Computing solutions. Referral & Reseller Service PartnersThe Referral Partner can be an individual or a professional organization who recommends Scale Computing solutions. As aReferral Partner, you would register a prospective lead by sending an email to Scale Computing. If such a lead becomes active and a sale is made as a result, the Referral Partner receives a referral fee. The Referral Partner does not resell or work for a Scale Computing partner. Referrals of an expansion opportunity for an existing Scale Computing customer are not eligible for a referral.

The Reseller Service Partner plays an important role in the SPC. Working closely together with the Reseller Service Partner, Scale Computing grows your customer base at a rapid pace. The Reseller Service Partner within the SPC is designed to service the traditional reseller, managed service provider (MSP), and hybrid partner organizations who resell Scale Computing solutions and/or provide managed services based on Scale Computing solutions. The program offers different levels like Silver, Gold, and Platinum (by invitation only) with many benefits; the higher the Partner level the more demanding the requirements - but the more rewarding the benefits as well.

All Scale Computing Partners must complete required Sales and Sales Engineer training within three months of joining the program. Current Partners must also complete the required training. Partners can attend an unlimited number of online sales and technical training opportunities. We encourage you to have as many employees attend training as possible - the more of your workforce that understands Scale Computing, the better ROI you will see. Once certified:

• You become a full member of the SPC. • You become eligible for posting on the Scale Computing Partner Finder. • You become eligible to register deals for an additional discount.
