d-Copia 18MF – Scan to SMB

On the PC Create a SMB Folder under “C:”(example SMBtest) and share it as follow:

Open the WEB Page of d-Copia 18MF and set the Scan SMB and after click on Submit, as described on the following Figure:

Note: Default Port is 139; verify with the Network Administrator if he uses the same port or if has changed it.Select Basic Tab on the WEB Page Address Book Contact Add Contact and create a User that he uses Scan to SMB Function:

Insert Name of the User Contact (Example SMB Teacher);

Insert the Host Name (Computer Name where has been created the “SMBtest” Folder) in this case the Teacher IP Address 10.0.0.10

Insert the Path of the Folder: SMBtest (The folder Name Only) Click on Submit to confirm the data

To perform the Scan-to SMB make the following operation from the d-Copia 18MF Keyboard:Press Send Key Press Address Book Key Select Address Book and click on OK Key Using the Arrows Down/Up select the SMB Contact (SMB Teacher) and click on OK Key to confirm the selection the Teacher PC IP Address appears, confirm it pressing the OK Key Enter the Login Name using the 10 Pad keys (example: teacher) and press OK Key Enter the Teacher PSW (example: teacher) and press OK key for confirming it When appear Completely and immediately after Ready to Scan press the Start Button for starting the Scan to SMB Function.

Open the SMBtest Folder to verify that the file has been sent:
