SafeTicket is our answer to numerous requests from our beloved vendors looking to streamline their digital ticketing and contact tracing compliance.

Through these conversations we identified and understood the operational requirements along with privacy, security and health authority aspects to deliver SafeTicket. Combined with local development, (actual) tech support and greater customisation we firmly believe we can help any event, anywhere get back in action and deliver and engaging and easy event for all.

SafeTicket has been designed with the highest mobility approach. Our ordering system works seamlessly on any device and has been optimised that each order can be completed within moments.

No fancy scanners, no extra software, no unnecessary hassles. Scanning tickets shouldn’t be complicated and we’ve built it an easy to share link with each ticketed event to activate any device with a camera* to scan and validate tickets.

Look up your visitor booking via phone number or email, then tap to validate your visitor. Easy as!

Event organisers and managers will manage their unique link with their team and volunteers, with training and tips provided before each event to make sure your ready come the big day!

SafeVisit was the preferred contact tracing platform throughout the pandemic for more than 7,000+ businesses, including council and local governments. Its framework was consulted with Queensland Health to ensure accountability and requirements are exceeded.

Tested and audited - SafeVisit platform has the cyber security and best practice audit certification, commissioned by the Qld Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy.

Say goodbye to seperate check-ins for ticketed events and venues. SafeTicket’s reverse flow scan will validate the visitor’s ticket and at the same ticket, automatically create their contact tracing record. This ensures COVID compliance and fits within COVID Safe Plans applicable for any industry and event.

Ultimately, removing the need to have visitors perform a separate check-in process for that smooth entry at the event’s gate.
