We are a national

organization of student councils/governments

and leaders established

in 1996 as an alternative

venue for substantiveexchange of ideas,

perspectives and

concepts to reinvent the

student movement .

Student Council:

a resolution affiliating itself to SCAP. Membership fees are collected as

follows:

Campus-wide Student Council 500.00

Abolish ROTC Movement

SCAP was in the

forefront against the

injustices and human

rights violations

committed within the

ROTC.

SCAP also pushed for

justice and reparations

for ROTC victims.

During the Hello Garci scandal, SCAP was in the forefront of thecampaign for truth.



Education Reform Campaign

SCAP pushes for necessary

reforms in the

education sector

that greatly

benefit young

people.



Debt Audit Campaign

education and welfare services.
