This 3-Day program, held August 26 TH -August 28 TH , is aimed at first-year students who expressed interest in leadership, service, getting involved and succeeding on campus. The program focuses on providing knowledge and experiences that will assist First-Year students adapt to become successful Warhawks! The cost of the program is $65 (covers all meals, move in and program costs) U LEAD’s key components are learning opportunities about ethical leadership, creating an involvement plan and learning more about our campus and community. The particpants also engage in a community service project for their fellow students on Move-In day. ULEADers? ULEADers are ULEAD program graduates dedicated to helping new ULEAD members transition seamlessly into college life. After each participant has graduated from the ULEAD program, they are eligible to apply to be a ULEADer for the following years while they are a UW-Whitewater student. Este programa de 3 días (26-29 de agosto) está dirigido a estudiantes de primer año que expresaron interés en el liderazgo, el servicio, la participación y el éxito en el campus. ¡El programa se enfoca en brindar conocimientos y experiencias que ayudarán a los estudiantes de primer año a adaptarse para convertirse en Warhawks exitosos! El costo deel programa cuesta $ 65.
Los componentes clave de U LEAD son aumentar la comodidad en el campus, aprender oportunidades sobre liderazgo ético, crear un plan de participación y aprender más sobre nuestro campus y comunidad. Los participantes también participan en un proyecto de servicio comunitario.
Los ULEADers son graduados del programa ULEAD dedicados a ayudar a los nuevos miem-bros de ULEAD a hacer una transición sin prob-lemas a la vida universitaria.Después de que cada participante se haya grad-uado del programa ULEAD, son elegibles para postularse para ser un ULEADer durante los años siguientes mientras sean estudiantes de UW-Whitewater.
