4J Vision 20/20 Strategic Plan
The 4J Vision 20/20 Strategic Plan is a roadmap for the improvement of our schools and the future success of every student, developed through a collaborative community process. The plan was designed to reflect what the community wants our school system to look like and where the district’s limited resources should be targeted to best support student success. The process included:

Committee, Cultural & Educational Alliance :: 56-member Stakeholder Commitee made up of teachers, classified
staff, administrators, parents from all regions, all school levels, varied programs, and varied student needs, state and local organizations, business leaders, and other community members

To help shape the future design o ty members were invited to engage pring 2019. These workshops focused e in key design areas such as: Safety & Security, Teaching & Learning, Equity & Accessibility, Health & Wellness, and Sustainability & Resilience. The process included:

Facility User Experience Study
