Please check in at the reception desk in the Castel Schloß Waldthausen (① in map). Guest guest rooms are in building B & C (③ in map) just pass the restaurant/terrace (② in map). Opening hours •  Bar / Weinstube: (located in the basement of the castle) open from 07:30 p.m. to 12:00 midnight The bar/weinstube is closed on Sunday •  Restaurant: Breakfast starts at 07:00 to 09:00 a.m.

Lunch starts at 12:00 to 01:45 p.m. Dinner starts at 06:00 to 07:30 p.m.

Traveling to Schloß Waldthausen From Frankfurt International airport:

•  Take the regional train S-Bahn line S8 (leaves from Track 3) from FRA to Mainz (direction Wiesbaden but do not take S9 which also goes to Wiesbaden but skipping Mainz).

•  It leaves every 30 minutes. There is a schedule in the train station and at http://www.bahn.de/ .

•  You have to buy a ticket before entering the train (€4.60). NOTE: The ticket is also valid for the bus in Mainz so if you come from FRA do not buy a bus ticket at Mainz Hbf (it cannot be reimbursed if you submit the S-Bahn ticket).

•  It takes about 26 minutes to reach Mainz main station (Mainz Hbf)

From Mainz main train station (Mainz Haupfbahnhof) to Schloß Waldthausen: •  Take bus No. 64 direction (Budenheim) (from platform F, see attached map and

schedule) •  You can pay directly to the driver or get a ticket at the automatic ticket machines

(Note from above that if coming from FRA you do not need to buy a ticket). •  It is a few minutes walk from the stop to the castle (see attached map)
