Selection will be made by the Stockton Chapter, The Links, Inc., by April 20, 2012. 4. Scholarship Committee chairperson will notify recipient and their schools of selection. 5. Awards to be paid upon receipt of evidence of full time college enrollment. 6. Student to send evidence of enrollment to The Links Scholarship Chairperson by October 15, 2012.
