Criteria
o Must currently be enrolled as a high school or college/university student within the United States.

series of blogs, an app, fundraising event, etc.)

To be eligible for the Odenza Marketing Group Volunteer Award a student must:
1. Be between the ages of 16 and 22 on December 30th, 2016
2. A student must also possess a GPA of 2.5 or higher in his/her last academic year.
3. A student must have contributed at least 50 hours of volunteer (non-paid) service within his/her community over
the last 12 months. Please ensure that you have completed this amount of hours and that a person within the
organization(s) is willing to confirm that you have volunteered this amount of time. (note that we will only

Name: Trios Foundation Scholarship
Award: Several scholarships up to $3,000 Deadline: December 31, 2016
The scholarship is open to anyone in the community who plans to pursue an education in the medical healthcare field,
presents need and has had some community involvement.
Eligibility requirements are as follows:
1) Applicant must be accepted at an accredited college or university during the academic year 2017-18 to pursue a career
in the field of medical healthcare. Please note, unfortunately, Dental and Orthodontic students are not eligible for this
scholarship.
2) Applicant must complete an application and submit essays of 300 words or less each.
3) Applicant must submit one letter of recommendation (from someone not living with you).

Open to ALL High School Students nationally can participate; emphasis is placed on concept and the message, not on
production values. Students are encouraged to use whatever video equipment is available to them. Teachers and
principals, school audio/video departments, parent and community leaders are urged to share their equipment and lend
local support by promoting the program as a very unique scholarship competition that is fun to participate in and has a
powerful impact on a serious problem.
Create a TV commercial targeted at middle school students to warn them about the dangers of underage drinking or
texting while driving, students can enter separate videos in both categories. The grand prize-winning commercial will be
broadcast on TV and the team that created it will work with Pluto Post and the DADA Education Foundation to upgrade
their spot for air. Open to all high school students– not only those taking video production. Winners will be selected
based on idea. And you all have great ideas.
