Our school is called Spojená škola Belá. It was built in year 1965. Our school is not very big. There are about 500 pupils here. There are 23 classrooms at our school. The pupils are from 6 to 15 years old and they study from the 1st grade to the 9th grade. From the 1st to the 4th grade there are 2 classes for each grade, but from the 5th to the 9th grade we have 3 classes for each grade. School starts at 8:00am and finishes at 1:20pm.

Our class is quite large. We are in a language class. In language classes (B-classes) we study two languages - English and German. All the classrooms look like this. In every class there are more than 20 students. But in sport classrooms (C-classrooms) there are only about 14 pupils.

We also have a PC room. In this classroom we work on our projects and we have IT lessons here. We use the Internet, chat with our friends, and search some information. Some pupils have afternoon activities here, too.

• In our gym we play many sports. We have P.E and Games here. We play volleyball, basketball, tennis, football, rugby, dodge ball. We do gymnastics and other activities, too. There are sometimes football competitions here. Boys from football classes also have their trainings here. We use our school playground to play sports, too.

• This is our library. There are a lot of different books. We borrow books from there.

• This is our canteen. It is not very large. We do not have a lunch break, so students have their lunch here after school. Some students eat their lunch at home.

These are our cooks. They cook very good and tasty food for pupils and teachers.

This is school of arts (musical school).There are five classes. Pupils play musical instruments here. They can play these instruments: guitar, piano, violin, accordion, violoncello, and harmonica. We can learn singing here and some pupils can take drama lessons, too.

Pupils can take various afternoon activities at our school. They can play sports (football, handball, volleyball), learn languages (German, Spanish, English, Russian), learn more about Maths, Slovak language and literature, take drama or dance classes, play musical instruments, take afternoon I.T. classes and many more.
