• Computers Will always prevail as they can contain mass information which laptops cannot hold. Severs will always be needed as well to hold and control the networks

• Laptops will continue to develop and improve, along with this people will constantly update their choice of laptops

• Internet and routers will be needed in the future to connect the new techonologies to the internet (Maybee internet will not be provided by the school rather than the goverment in all public places)

• Notebooks will not continue thus techonolgy will expand , rather than having the option of using a laptop students will only use laptops

• Registers and form time will not take place as this will be made simpler by RFID to take register automatically

• There will no longer be chance of students cutting class as the school will have knowledge of where students are at all times

• Printers will no longer be used as everyone will be benefited by techonology and their will be no need for paper based copies of documents

What new technologies will replace the current ones?

• RFidRFid For example, when taking register people will no longer have to go to form they will be located and tracked by these devices

• PDAPDA black berry’s will be used in class time and out of schools in order to be able to have access to documents and the internet at all times. This will allow people to have less excuses when turning in homework, this will reaplce paper copies as well as excuses for homework

• Touch techonologyTouch techonology rather than laptops and desktops desks will have touch screens as well as the smart boards which will give the classes more flow and efficiency as teachers will not have to write or move through their documents , they only click as if it were a regular touch screen which gives them a greater efficiency to move through technological devices

• HologramsHolograms Teachers can implement hologram teahcing if they are ill or unable to come to school for any other reason, this way there will be less class time missed. This will replace the replacement teachers thus school has less economic loss

• E-Learning E-Learning Teachers will be able to record or tape their lessons during closing days like days of hurricane warning or when the goverment shutrs donw the school ; thus there will not be missed school time even if students dont physically go to school. This will replace homework given in class and work to do on missed days

Who will benefit?• Students:Students: will be more prepared to deal with technology, since technology is taking

over they will be more prepared to face the techonological world. They will have a base of how to use the basic techonologies. This will give them a better chance of having a better job in the future. Children will benefit of vast diffrent methods of teaching.

• Teahcers: Teahcers: Will have a chance to prepare their classes better by making use of diffrent resources and ways of teaching; which will keep their students more interested and thus less interuptions and distractions. The chance of less excuses will allow teachers to complete their syllabus efficiently without struggling to complete it at the end when the school year is about to end.Teachers will have less boudries towards how they want to teach and will be easier for them to miss school in days when they are sick as techonologies can teach students through holograms or send classes via email or PDA’s

• Schools: Schools: Schools who make use of more up to date techonologies and prepare their students to work with these will be categorized as a better cualified school thus giving them a better reputation and creating more demand for that particular school.

• Parents: Parents: Parents will feel secure that their children are getting the best education possible as the school is openinng the doors for techonology and allowing children to prepare for the future. Also parents can be sure that they are getting what they paid for due to the efficiency of education achieved by technology and the diffrent resources which the technology opens doors too.

• Goverment: Goverment: Achieves a better repuation on a global basis as they are recognized for their technology and how they prepare their students in the country

What new challenges will be present in the school of the future?

• Less control over time missed , since people will have more resources to work with and teachers will have less control over where students access and the websites they visit.

• Schools may have less control over children as they might give their friends their RFID card if they will be late or if they will miss school

• Teachers as well as students may miss school on a larger basis as they believe they will not get behind because they get their work via email or on their PDA.

• Schools will have to have larger control over filtration and what they allow the sites to display and what the server blocks.

• There is less chance of techonology not working, if the light goes off then there will not be availability of resources which will hinder the benefits of techonology and the lessons in general
