SCHOOL REMAINS IN OUR HEARTS ALL OUR LIFE

Pupils spend at school the most important years in their lives. Their

character and perception of the world are formed there. In this

period they grow up, get stronger, find friends, develop their talents and skills and begin to understand

life. Therefore school remains in our hearts all our life.

We have studied at school №37. At our 3-storeyed school there is everything necessary for our study and leisure. Our classrooms are modern and progressive. There are a lot of training magazines, books, wonderful articles. Also we have TV, projects, expensive equipment for such subjects as physics, chemistry, biology, music.

Besides, there are a lot of indoor plants and flowers in it. Its corridors are decorated with different stands, exciting informative newspapers made by our pupils and teachers. There are cozy benches where one can sit and talk to friends.

We have a library where we can read

books, expand our minds. The

school hall is decorated

with photos of our and people who

studied in our school.

My school

As for me, my favorite place in school is…canteen.

Yes, I really think so. Sometimes lessons can be

very tiring. And I am convinced, that canteen is

as necessary as our classroom, because when you’re hungry it’s difficult

to study.

So I love my school canteen.

Every school has traditions, but they don’t differ greatly from school to school. First of all, it’s a ceremony of the first and the last bell. School usually starts on the 1st of September and there is a meeting outside the school building.

On the 31st of May there is also a festive parade outside the building. After exams pupils organize a party with food and music. We also have a very nice tradition called «Former pupil meeting» in our school. Every year former pupils come to school on the first Saturday of February to meet their teachers and school friends. There is always a very beautiful party at the assembly hall in the evening on that day.
