In line with the National Government Programs on Food Security, DepEd Schools Division of Bulacan and the Provincial Government shall conduct the Division Search for Outstanding District/School Implementers of Gulayan sa Paaralan-Kalinisan at Kaayusan ay Patuluyin sa Tahanan (GP-KKPT), Gulayan sa Paaralan (GPP), School Solid Waste Management Program (SSWMP), and Outstanding Laboratory Rooms! Teachers on June-December 2018. 2. The objectives of the program are to: a. encourage parents to establish vegetable gardening and promote proper waste management in their respective homes; b. further strengthen DepEd's program of Gulayan sa Paaralan and Solid Waste Management; c. develop awareness among school learners on the different practices in vegetable production, plant propagation and waste segregation; and d. select teachers, laboratory rooms, schools and districts which foster outstanding accomplishment on the said programs. 3. All Public Schools District Supervisors, Elementary/Secondary School Principals, EPPITLEITVEITVL Teachers, Learners, and Parents are encouraged to promote this program through active participation. 4. For this School Year, all public elementary and secondary schools may select only one (1) program to participate from either GP-KKPT, GPP or SSWMP, one (1) laboratory room and one (1) EPP/TLE/TVEITVL area/concept Teacher. 5. All GP-KKPT Pilot Implementers and GPP/SWMP Division Outstanding Winners for SY 2017-2018 will be the second batch of GP-KKPT Implementers. These schools are automatically qualified to join as division entry for SY 2018-2019 division search. 6. Enclosures Nos. 1,2, and 3 contain the Scoring Templates, Monitoring/Evaluating Teams and Time Table of Activities. 7. Expenses to be incurred in the conduct of this activity like monitoring & evaluation expenses, prizes/award shall be shouldered by the ABACA, Inc. fund/members, LGUs and Partner Industries all are subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 8.
