DECEIT: Paparozzi lied at a public meeting, denying his financial interest in the UnionSquare Condominiums.

INCOMPETENCE: Paparozzi, who brags that he is a state-licensed, professionalplanner, reviewed and recommended approval of the plan that resulted in the massive Shop Ritesitting right on the sidewalk.CRONYISM: Paparozzi's supporters and business associates pack your neighbor-hoods with condos and McMansions, like the Garibaldi Avenue condos and the proposed 43 unitcondominium on Harrison Avenue.
