Accommodations Description
Line Reader Guidelines that the student can move up and down to display
one line at a time.
Color Chooser Color scheme for the text and background.
Read Aloud
Test questions and answer options are read aloud to student
in English (SWD 594 or ELL) (SBA & HSGA) or in Spanish
(SBA ONLY).
Note: Only the Read Aloud accommodation needs to be
documented in an IEP.
Magnifier Zoom levels to enlarge screen text.
Reverse Contrast Color contrast toggle between light and dark.
Line Reader Guidelines that the student can move up and down to display
one line at a time.

TA Responsibilities During & After Testing
Distribute Student Login Tickets for each student assigned to you for
testing.
Post the Test Access Code for the test session at the front of the room.
Monitor students to ensure they have logged on successfully and answer
any procedural questions.
Speak with your technology coordinator and/or Measured Progress
Technical Support (1-877-676-6722) about any technology-related issues
that arise.
If a student needs to leave the test room for any reason, be sure an escort is
available to accompany the student to and from the test room.
Collecting the Student Login Tickets and scratch paper

Pausing a Test During the test session, if a student needs to leave the test room, he or
she must click Pause to pause the test.
Once clicked, the Pause timeframe lasts for 20 minutes. If a test is paused for more than 20
minutes, the test administrator must restart the test by entering a Proctor Password at the
student’s workstation. This is separate from student credentials on a log in ticket.

Schedule UPS Pickup of the SBA
1. NM Online Services Page, choose UPS Pickup Request
2. Select Administration
3. Enter Return Service Label Tracking #
4. Click Login
You can schedule
your pickup, or hand
off materials to your
local UPS driver.

2. Enter your contact information.
3. If you need a pickup at a different
location than what the label says,
enter new information.
4. Enter # of boxes.
5. Click “Place Pickup Request”.
Requests placed before 2:00 PM
MT will be scheduled for the next
business day. Requests placed
after 2:00 PM MT will be
scheduled for the second
business day.
