HMT Floating LinesThe Scierra HMT taper fly lines are built on a braided core covered by a super slick coating. This WF line is multi-coloured and has a unique coloured “loading zone”, which will allow you to be more precise when loading the rod. HMT taper lines are designed with a unique tapering providing excellent balance. This not only adds distance & delicacy to your casting, it will effortlessly present your fly with a high level of accuracy at all distances. The series also features intermediate lines with a sink rate of 1.5” / sec.

HMT Sinking LinesThe new range of HMT, Density Compensated sinking lines have a sink rate of 3 inch / sec, and 7 inch / sec. All lines have a non stretch core.

Fluorocarbon LeaderThe specific gravity of fluorocarbon is 1.78 compared to nylon’s 1.14. This makes the fly sink 3 times faster than standard mono. Fluorocarbon has a reflective index close to that of water, making it almost invisible to a fish, perfect for clear shy waters.

The Trout LeaderScierra Tout leaders are made from strong , copolymer nylon. Cast with one of these and you’ll get an easy turnover and balanced casting. At the same time the leader is supple enough to provide a life-like presentation.

Fluorocarbon TippetThose of you who fish in clear water will love this tippet material as it’s virtually invisible underwater. Due to the weight of fluorocarbon, the leader sinks 3 times faster than nylon. It does not age and has incredibly high knot strength.
