The ECTS at the University of Dortmund

Faculty of Informatics

Preamble:

The prevailing programs of Computer Science and Computing Engineering at the University of Dortmund still follow the 5 years German Diploma

The modular structure is based on “semesters“

Student‘s workload is measured based on hours of presence per week during a semester. One hour of presence implies no less than 1.5 hours of personal study.
