•   Advising  is  done  in  house  by  our  student  mentors.    PACE-­‐IT  plans  

•   Two  admissions  processes,  handoff  is  o]en  “clunky”  

•   Refining  and  improving  processes

•   Separate  Admission  and  Enrollment    

•   Once  students  register  for  CBO  courses,    CBO  Student  Navigator  helps  students  with  CBO  courses  coaching  (high  touch  feature)  

•   First  Cme  CBO  students  are  required  to  take    one-­‐credit  IntroducCon  to  CBE    course  (academic  plan,  vision  statement,  technology  review)    • Pilot  phase  (BTS  faculty  who  was  not  a  student  navigator  taught  the  class)  • Current  phase  (BTS  faculty  who  is  also  a  CBO  Student  Navigator  teaches  that  class)
