5. Credit Hour SheetStudent can download from website and make short note and description of work or assessment of the program according to the credit hours. Student can prepare it online as well.

6. Assessment or Assignment SheetStudent can Download from website and use for prepare assignment on it than submit to the tutor

7. MCQ Test SheetStudent can download from website and use this sheet to make MCQ Test as given by tutor or campus

8. Workshop Assessment SheetStudents who are attending workshop use this sheet to make assessment test for certification after completethe workshop or practical training program
