• Agree in advance on the potential providers for each part of the puzzle

• Clarify the role of each actor involve– What they should do– How and when

• Design a Linear Matrix of Responsabilities (LMR)• Identify a rapid response team.

SOCODEVI’s role

• Organised the people in group of owners (housing cooperatives) working together to find the land, obtain the title, agree on the urban plan, raise cash to cover the first investment, agree on the house design, agree on the payment option and the guarantee for the loan.

• In short, we work on the sustainable part of the equation.
