El programa de asistencia para alquileres de emergencia(ERAP) ayuda a hogares que se han atrasado en alquiler a causade dificultades financieras directamente relacionadas con laPandemia de COVID-19 y están a riego de ser desalojadas otienen instabilidad de vivienda. El programa de ERAP proveeayuda económica a hogares de bajos o moderantemente bajosingresos proveyendo ayuda de atraso de alquileres, asistenciatemporaria de alquiler y ayuda de atraso de utilidades.
Para aplicantes elegibles, la asistencia puede pagar:Hasta 12 meses atrasados de alquiler, y posiblemente 3 meses adicionales.
Para algunos hogares, hasta 12 meses atrasados de gastos de electricidad o de gas.
Por favor note: Atrasos tienen que haber ocurrido después de Marzo 13, 2020.Pagos serán hechos directamente al propietario de casa o al proveedor de utilidad.
