Sea Oaks is an ocean to river community. There is a Beach Club on the ocean and a Tennis Club on the riverside. Everyone that buys in Sea Oaks must become a member of the clubs. There is a nominal one-time fee of $7,500 and a quarterly Sea Oaks Property Owner’s Association fee of $1,689 for family and $1,653 for single. The club offers a beautiful swimming pool on the ocean where you can relax and enjoy lunch and/or a drink. This is a great way for you and your guests to enjoy the day. Dinner is also served at the Beach Club. There are many social events at the club. Some include bbq’s for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Black Tie dinner dance for Valentine’s Day, and Christmas Dinner Dance. Other parties include St Patrick’s Day, Opening weekend, Easter, Thanksgiving and on and on. The tennis club also serves lunch every day. It is very casual and you can watch a great game of tennis on court 1 if you wish. Our fitness center was completed in 2009 and has state of the art equipment. The community center includes a card room, meeting rooms, and a library. My husband and I have lived in Sea Oaks for 16 years and love every minute of it.

The Beach Club is the center of the social activities at Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis Club. Events and social activities are held at the Beach Club all year long, including members weekends, concerts, dances, themed events and special holiday events.

Community Center

The Community Center is where members of the community can hold their own events in a multi-purpose room with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and a formal meeting room. Members can hold private parties, lectures, business events or other social activities.

Fitness Center

When it comes time for a workout, the fitness center is just a few steps from your doorstep. The Sea Oaks Yacht Club belongs to the Yachting Club of America and offers membership to any member of the Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis Club.

Courtside Homes

The Courtside Homes are located near the tennis courts and the Community Center and are very charming two-story, three bedroom homes with nice front porches and all with an attached garage.

Cottages

The Cottages will appeal to anyone that wants a taste of “Old Florida” style living, spread out among 14 acres of a lush canopy of huge oak trees. These lovely two-story old-style wood homes, are all two or three bedroom and either attached or free standing.

River Homes

These are homes located near the river that have been built over the last 20 years and we have a number of models to choose from. There are single and two-story models, all free standing with attached two-car garages.

Courtyard Homes

These homes are some of our most elegant models and all feature an enclosed patio and a separate guest house for visitors, along with a two-car garage. Some also come with pools, for the ultimate Florida lifestyle.

Tennis Villas

These lovely and very affordable villas are located right near the tennis courts and are the perfect choice for the tennis addict. They come in a variety of styles built over the last 25 years and are single story one and two bedroom units. Some have attached garages.

Riverview Condos
