There is no required paint or enamels: metals have to be painted or have to at least have an epoxy treatment before its maintenance to avoid deterioration. With our plastic structures none of these treatments are needed. This makes plastic ideal for all public use, especially for children, since there is absolu-tely no health risk derived from coming into physical contact with the structure. On the other hand, there is no risk of changes in color or deteriora-tions derived from continues use, problems which are persistent when structures require layersof paint or enamel that with due to use or acts of vandalism might peeling paint or lacquer.

Structures made with high impact plastic have a higherdurability than those built with metals. Some of the most resistant materials are produ-ced from plastic, some exam-ples include teflon. The plastic is utilized in the base of building structures to prevent the building from collapsing during earthquakes, or bulletproof glass. Plastic is resistant to impacts (its elasticity allows plastic to absorb the impact), friction and use rude, making it superior to metal while offering amuch better appearance and results with the passing of time and continuous use.
PRECISION IN EACH PIECE
All of our products are made by injection, with makes them all identical. Our pieces are made in molds by automatic machines, while metallic structures have to be welded which makes it impossible for them to be identical. The welding process involves intensive handling, which poses a greater probability for production errors, as well as possible structural differences that could have come from handling.
RENOVATION
Its modular construction allows multiple renovation possibilities and/or partially or totally displaying the seats without theneed of uninstalling the seats and having to reinstall them. The process of partially of totally replacement the seats are extremely simple and fast, and can be done by the room's maintenance personnel.
EASY CLEANING
Seats manufactured with our plastic structures are easier toclean than metallic structures. Dust and dirt can be elimina-ted with a simple wet cloth, or with any conventional product. On the other hand, metallic structures have to be cleaned with special detergents to avoid paint deterioration, rust or corrosion. By having a hidden fixation, ourseats prevent the accumula-tion of dirt which may cause deterioration, and avoids the problem of having cleaning materials stuck to bolts or othermetallic parts of fixing..
NO RUST OR CORROSION
Metallic structures undergo a process of rust and/or corrosion, this is due to the environment surrounding the structures, their cleanliness, cleaning products or other liquids that might get spilled on them. With our seats, these types of situations simply do not happen

ELIMINATION OF SHARP EDGES
Metals have sharp edges and corners that can be harmful to the final user. With use and rust, these edges can become sharp, abrasive or harsh. These can produce couplings, or damage clothing, or they can even harm users by cutting them. We present all of our seats with round edges, smooth to touch to protect our users and avoid any type of damage that metal could have caused. Besides, there are no screws at view, neither are they easily accessible for users to manipulate them.
USE OF MONOBLOCK SYSTEM
The SISTEMA UNIBLOCK® system, patented by EUROSEATING, achieves a unique process in which the foam, the internal structure and fabric, and the seats and back are fused together. This system of injection allows us to obtain a homoge-neous mixture which endows the entire set of seats with higher durability and a manufactures product with no malformations and with a perfect foam recuperation. The fabric is never shifted or separated from the unit, since it former one sole piece along with the foam and the internal structure (sandwich process). There is no need for stitches. This process increases the seats useful life and ensures it maintains uniform aesthetics throughout its life.

Las estructuras de plásticas de alto impacto son más resisten-tes que el metal. Algunos de los materiales más resistentes se producen a partir del plástico, por ejemplo el teflón, incluso en la construcción, el plástico se utiliza bajo las estructuras de los edificios para evitar el colapso en caso de terremo-tos, por sus propiedades estructurales o simplemente los cristales anti balas. La resisten-cia al impacto (su elasticidad permite absorber los impac-tos), roces y maltrato es superior al mental, ofreciendo una apariencia y resultado mucho mejor con el paso del tiempo ante un uso rudo.
RENOVACIÓN

TECNOLOGÍA, CALIDAD Y FIABILIDAD

OPCIONES ECO
No solo el producto tiene un menor impacto ecológico en cuanto al menor uso de energías y recursos en su fabricación, sino que es 100% reciclable al final de su vida útil. A parte se puede optar por la utilización de acabados imitación madera en las superficies plásticas (SERIE ECO), opción que únicamente es capaz de desarrollar y ofrecer EUROSEATING.
NO REQUIERE PINTURA
No se requiere de pintura o esmaltes: el metal tiene que ser pintado o por lo menos tiene que tener un tratamiento epoxi previa limpieza para evitar el deterioro. Con las estructuras plásticas no es necesario ningún tipo de tratamiento como la pintura o lacados, por lo que está pensado para el uso público y en especial para los niños, ya que no hay riesgo para la salud derivadas del contacto con la piel. Por otra parte, no hay riesgo de cambios de color o deterioros en partes que con su uso pierdan la capa de pintura al carecer de ella, ni desprendi-mientos de lacado o pinturas, en caso de actos vandálicos o maltratos.
NO HAY OXIDACION NI CORROSION
Las estructuras metálicas generan un proceso de oxidación y/o corrosión, tanto por el ambiente de la localiza-ción donde se instalan, la limpieza o producto emplea-dos en la limpieza o bebidas que pudieran derramarse. Con nuestras butacas, esta situación simplemente no sucede.
AUSENCIA DE MANTENIMIENTO
Nuestras butacas no requie-ren de mantenimiento alguno. Están diseñadas para que su durabilidad y aspecto sean óptimos con el paso del tiempo.
MENOR PESO
Las estructuras metálicas son más pesadas que las de plásticas, esto implica que nuestras butacas ejercen una menor carga en la estructura en la que se instalen y también un procedimiento mucho más ligero y cómodo en el proceso de la instalación.
FACILIDAD DE LIMPIEZA
Las butacas fabricadas con nuestras estructuras son de más fácil limpieza que las metálicas. El polvo o suciedad pueden ser eliminados con un simple paño parcialmente humedecido, o con cualquier limpiador convencional mientras que las estructuras metálicas tienen que ser limpiadas con detergentes especiales para evitar un deterioro de la pintura, con la oxidación o corrosión que se puedan generar. Al tener la fijación oculta, se evita la acumulación de suciedad y el deterioro de la fijación, a la par que se facilita la limpieza al no dejar tornillos o partes metáli-cas que se puedan enganchar con los útiles de limpieza.
PRECISIÓN EN CADA PIEZA
Todos los productos de inyección son idénticos, las piezas están hechas en moldes y en máquinas robotizadas, mientras que las estructuras metálicas que se tienen que soldar no son idénticas y están obligadas necesariamente a presentar más probabilidad de errores de producción al tener una gran parte de manipula-ción, así como posibles diferen-cias estructurales fruto de su manipulación.
PERSONALIZACIÓN
Ofrecemos la posibilidad de cambiar el diseño del respaldo pudiendo mostrar tanto el dibujo original de la butaca como un formato nuevo que nos sugieran.
ELIMINACION DE BORDES CORTANTES
El metal tiene perfiles y aristas que pueden ser perjudiciales para el usuario final. Con el uso y oxidación estos bordes pueden acabar en superficies cortantes, abrasivas o ásperas. Se pueden producir engan-ches o daños en las prendas de vestir, o incluso daños personales como cortes. Presentamos todas las partes de la butaca redondeadas, de suave tacto y calidez para proteger al usuario y evitar cualquier daño que el metal no puede ofrecer. A parte, no hay tornillos a la vista o accesi-bles que puedan ser manipu-lados por un usuario.
INVERSIÓN EN I+D+I
En la actualidad no hay otro fabricante de butacas en el mundo que ofrezca estas ventajas. El resto de modelos de butacas se están fabrican-do con las mismas soluciones y tecnología que hace 30 años. No se han beneficiado de la evolución tecnológica de los materiales.
UTILIZACIÓN DEL SISTEMA MONOBLOCK
El SISTEMA UNIBLOCK ® paten-tado por EUROSEATING, consigue un proceso producti-vo único en el que la espuma, tela y bastidor del asiento, respaldo o apoyacabezas se fusionan. Este sistema de inyección nos permite obtener una mezcla homogénea que dota al conjunto de alta durabilidad y un resultado sin deformaciones y de perfecta recuperación en la espuma. El tejido nunca se desplaza o despega, ya que forma un solo cuerpo con la espuma y el bastidor interno (proceso sándwich). No se requieren costuras. General Characteristics Caracteristicas GeneralesSEAT AND BACK The internal structure is manufactu-red with injected high resistance polypropylene which avoids rust and other problems derived with welding. This makes the structure unalterable and extremely resistant. Its foam is composed of polyurethane of two components.
It is molded in cold through high pressure injections along with the structure and fabric, forming a unique and compact piece, through the patented system UNIBLOCK SYSTEM II® (This system unifies in one sole piece, the fabric, foam and internal structure, without util izing stitches, adhesives or other elements to unify these pieces. Thus, incremen-ting durability and comfort, it enhan-ces the structure's finishing and elimi-nates maintenance.) The fabric is nonflammable and follows the following technical characteristics: M1, C1, EN-1021-1-2, BS.5852.CA.133,-CA.117.
The back shell and the seat is compo-sed of soft and rounded lines of high density polypropylene. The seat's shell incorporates a set of orifices that allow for an excellent acoustic response. There is an auto-matic elevation of the seats through an internal system of double springs, free of maintenance and totally si lent, which does not require lubrica-tion or any other type of care.
SIDES Characteristic and elegant design totally made of high density polypropylene and completely texturized. Armrests have a round shape and are adapted to the retractable writing palette or cup holders (according to the option).Armrests also made with high density polypropylene and totally texturized, which makes it so this piece provides strength to the structure, but also beauty and exclusivity to the set of seats.The seat's support axes are fitted and fixed on the sides. The floor fixation system is hidden on the sides interior, making them no accessible and not visible. Their position also makes cleaning of the room easier.
Seats do not require paint or enamels for the protection of any of its parts as they do not use any sort of metal. They avoid rust and corrosion while increasing durability and continuing to provide a good aesthetic look after intense use since they do not util ize any paint or enamels that might wear off after such use, thus always maintaining its color.

Writing palette of ample dimensions, manufactured in reinforced high impact polypropylene. The palette is equipped with an ANTI-PANIC system which is situated under the armrest. The mechanism is resistant and very smooth motion, which facil itates all opening and folding movements.When it is not being used, the writing palette is stored in the side's interior of every side of the seat under every armrest, this facil itates the opening of the palette from a seating position, and by being out of sight, improves the seats aesthetics. One of its main advantages is security, for in an event of an emergency, it favors evacuation.Its ANTIPANIC system allows for the automatic folding of the writing pale-tte, ensuring that all rows and ails are free of obstacles, which directly contributes to improving security and comfort at the same time.
Tableta de escritura de amplias dimensiones fabricada en polipropileno de alto impacto reforzado. Cuenta con sistema ANTIPANICO y se encuentra situada bajo el apoyabrazos con mecanismo resistente y de suave funcionamiento que facil ita todos los movimientos de apertura y plegado.
