Successfully completing this program provides immediate access to numerous jobs in a wide range of industries. Depending on background and educational level, a student will be able to find jobs in entry to mid-level positions as a generalist or in the areas of human resource management, employment and recruitment, total rewards/compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations, risk management/safety and security, global HR, and training and development.

Hybrid evening classes are offered to better fit busy schedules. The program takes approximately one year to complete and students can enroll at the start of any quarter.

Program Highlights The program teaches real-life skills in human resources and how businesses utilize, develop, and communicate with employees. All courses have been pre-approved for HRCI® and SHRM® SHRM-CP/SCPSM recertification credits based on class hours with most courses earning 40 recertification credits. Learn from Industry Experts Ren’ee Mangini (SPHR®, GPHR®, SHRM-CP/SCPSM) has more than 25 years of experience in the human resource field. She serves on local, state, and regional Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®) boards. She also has a Senior and Global Professional in Human Resource designation from HRCI® and her SHRM Senior Certified Professional from the SHRM® designation.
