Exporation is when people go to know things

from other places. For example, when

astronauts went to the moon then, they knew

that gravity is different there, or when you go

to the jungle the climate is different than in the

city.

A discovery is when people go to another

place and see different things that they had

never seen before and other people neither, so

it is a discovery.

An important discovery was the fire and

electricity. Why can we cook with fire? or why

when you take a bath, the fire warms the

water?

The electricity also helps us to get light.

America Christopher Colombus was a man who liked to

make trips in ships and wanted to go to India .

So he went to talk to the queen but she said no.

Two years later he came back and he asked to

the queen: “Oh queen, could you please let me

go to India? And the queen accepted but she

said: “ You have to bring me all the gold of

India” . Colombus accepted and the queen gave

him 3 ships the: “The nina , The tpina and The

Santa María”. During the trip he got lost in the

ocean, and he arrived to the Bahamas but he

did not know that he was lost and he thought

that he was in India.

important so they were protectors of the fire.

Navegation is when people go to others

places through the oceans. You can navigate

in ships like Christopher Colombus and use

some tools, like the compass direction.
