AccesstoanyportionoftheSECCpledgeformisrestrictedtothosewithvalideRaider credentialstoprotectthesensitivityoftheinformationthatis

beingcollected.

IndividualPledgeForm

UponeRaider authentication,thisisthefirstsectionofthepledgeformthatadonorwillsee.Donorswillhavetheoptiontoduplicatelastyear’spledgeform,iftheysochoose,completeanewpledge,orviewlastyear’spledge.

PersonalInformation

Thesecondsectionofthepledgeformthatadonorwillseeincludespersonalandemploymentinformation.Allinformationthatispopulatedisfromthe

HRBannersystem.

Inthethirdsectionofthepledgeform,thedonorwillhavetheoptiontoselectwhetherornottheywouldliketobeacknowledgedfortheirgift.Ifadonorelectstonotbeacknowledged,theywillberequiredtoanswerwhethertheywouldliketooptoutoftheLoneStarandLeadershipgivinglevelincentives.Ifadonorwishestobe

acknowledgedviae-mail,thee-mailaddressprovidedinthefirstsectionwillbeused.Forthosewishingtobeacknowledgedviamail,theywillneedtofillintheirhome

address.

DesignationsandLoneStarClub

Inthisthirdsectionofthepledgeform,thedonorwilldesignatethecharitiesthatshouldreceivetheirdonation.Thedonorcansearchforacharitybyenteringthecodeorthenameofthecharityinthe“Search”box.Theamountthatisenteredforeachcharityshouldbetheannualamountthatthedonor

wishestogive.

Inthissection,donorswillnoticesuggestedlevelsofgiving.

Individualizedamountswillbeprovidedtoeachdonor.Thesearesuggestedlevelsofgivingandeach

contributionisappreciated,regardlessofamount.Note:Ifthedonor’sintentistoensurefundsremainlocal,pleaserefertothe

directoryormini-directory.Localcharitieswillpopulatefirstintheonlineform.

Designations

Afterselectingthecharitiesthedonorwishestogiveto,theywillbe

abletoviewasummary.The“Subtotal”willbethesubtotaloftheannualamountthatthedonor

wishestogive.

Inthefourthsectionofthepledgeform,donorswillselecthowtheywouldliketodonate.Thedonor’snameandthecurrentdatewillautopopulate.

Note:Facultymembersonanine-monthappointmentcanelecttohavetheirdeductionstakenoverninemonthsinsteadof12bychangingtheoptioninthedrop

downbox.

Inthefourthsectionofthepledgeform,donorswillselecthowtheywouldliketodonate.Forthosethatchoosetodonatebycreditcard,uponselectingthisoptionandclickingsubmit,donorswillbetakentotheTouchNet sitetoprocesstheirpayment.

PaymentOptions:One-timeGift(Cash)

Inthefourthsectionofthepledgeform,donorswillselecthowtheywouldliketodonate.Forthosethatchoosetodonatebycash,uponselectingthisoptionandclickingsubmit,donorswillbetakentoaconfirmationpagethatwillneedtobe

printedandsubmittedtotheircoordinatoralongwiththeirdonation.

PaymentOptions:One-timeGift(Check)

Inthefourthsectionofthepledgeform,donorswillselecthowtheywouldliketodonate.Forthosethatchoosetodonatebycheck,uponselectingthisoption,enteringachecknumberandclickingsubmit,donorswillbetakentoaconfirmationpagethatwillneedtobeprintedandsubmittedtotheircoordinatoralongwiththeirdonation.

Confirmation

Uponclickingsubmit,thedonorwillbetakentoaconfirmationpage

(creditcarddonorswillbetakentoaconfirmationpageuponthe

processingoftheirpayment).Theconfirmationpagewillincludethedonor’spersonalinformation,

acknowledgmentselection,charitydesignation(s),paymentmethodand

amount.

Coordinatorswillbeabletotrackpledgesthathavebeensubmittedaswellastheirprogresstowardtheirgoalandparticipationviathe“DepartmentalReport”linkon

theirnavigationmenuuponloggingintotheSECCPledgeForm.
