Consultancy, intensive Corporate-level training, Financial Auditing & Internal Control
for all issues related to Financial & Business administration founded upon principles of

THE FIRM
SECOMAR, was founded in November 2009 with the main objectives being to provide
consultancy and outsource financial share-services i.e. financial auditing, internal
control, tax assessment, financial reporting, communication network installation,
corporate training as needed, executive coaching in English/Spanish/French for business
tasks etc.
The founding partners are Julio Cesar Martinez, owner & co-founder, is a Chartered
Public Accountant with a Masters in Business Administration with more than 20 years
experience in auditing, inventory control, project evaluations, accounting, finance and
administration.
Suzanne Rajkumar, owner & co-founder, graduate from Trinidad and Tobago in
linguistics minoring in psychology with more than 23,000 hours teaching experience
accumulated in adult executive coaching in the last 11 years in Honduras. Using her 18
years experience in pedagogy, she has formulated the successful CBC methodology used
in making adults speak a second language in as little time as 6 to 9 months.
Our greatest advantage is our flexibility to provide any kind of professional service as
requested by our customers both in small and middle class size companies. We support
continuous improvement through administering financial and internal control audits,
outsourced accounting, implementing administrative controls, corporate trainings,
second-language coaching etc in general we collaborate in order to bring about the most

(Colegio Professional-COHPUCP) Public Chartered Accountant Society to present

Corporate Bilingual Consultancy- CBC, was founded in 2005 by Suzanne Rajkumar,
offering custom-designed business English/ Spanish/French tutorials specifically for
middle and upper management executives. All classes are flexible to suit the industry
needs of our clients. CBC was born to accommodate the flex-schedule needs of today’s
busy executives in Honduras, who don’t have the time to sit in a traditional class. The
CBC program is intensive and result-oriented, all students learn to speak in the language
in which they are receiving tutorials.
Our company provides classes at our student’s workplace or in our offices in San Pedro
Sula to the convenience of our clients. Our objective is to make the best use of our
student’s time and provide rapid solutions to improve the student’s communication skills
in order to facilitate communicating business ideas in a second language. Our clients
determine the schedule so we are very flexible and adapt to their needs.
SUZANNE RAJKUMAR
CBC founder and co-founder of SECOMAR brings with her more than 18 years
teaching experience in the instruction of languages- English, Spanish & French. She was
born in Trinidad and Tobago being a native English speaker. She worked several years
with Harris Communications in San Pedro Sula to later establish her own company,
Corporate Bilingual Consultancy (CBC) when she has provided approximately 23000
hours of classes, only in Honduras- making her an expert in the language of the
manufacturing industry for middle and upper management. CBC clients over the years
include: GILDAN, ELCATEX, ELCA, DELFINGEN HONDURAS, HBI, KIMBERLY
CLARKE, CERVECERIA HONDURENA, ICCE, PROCINCO, CARACOL KNITS
AND CARGILL DE HONDURAS.
CBC, putting its knowledge and accumulated experience to work has developed its own
unique methodology to ensure second-language acquisition for its clients. CBC has
become a developer of teaching material, dynamic games and is poised to impact on
national education through its high impact training sessions. We are a pioneer in our
field here in Honduras, providing custom-designed lessons curtailed for the Honduran
student taking into consideration the cultural impact of learning a second language and
