• 95th Street west of 2nd Ave – A gas pipe fabrication work zone is to
be added on or about 6/27/14.
• 94th Street east side of 2nd Ave – Excavation for Entrance 2 will

• Completion forecast for the roof slabs is July 2014.
• Continue waterproofing the roof slab.
• Begin removing deck panels and backfilling over roof slab for
roadway.
• Utility work- Prepare to lower the utilities that are currently

SURFACE OPERATIONS:• Commence gas and steam main relocation work between 69th and 70th Streets on east
side of Second Avenue and follow immediately with excavation of the street entrance.• The work zone configuration for the above work will have three lanes of traffic with
work zones on both sides of Second Avenue between 69th and 70th Streets. This will be implemented immediately.
• Concrete pumping is continuing at Ancillary 1, Ancillary 2 and Entrance 3.• Concrete truck staging is continuing as needed between 74th and 76th Streets.
UNDERGROUND OPERATIONS• Judlau will complete mezzanine construction and commence platform pours in the
main station cavern. • Continue precast panels for the track level walls.• Construction of new rooms for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and communication
systems operation.• Installation of utility conduits in the tunnels and station caverns.• Continue installation of waterproofing and wall construction of the Ancillary 1,
Ancillary 2 and Entrance 3 structures.• Continue excavation work for Entrance 1 construction within 301 E. 69th Street garage.
