COFE is a non-profit organization consisting of directors and advisors that

review new and emerging technologies. The subject of THE SEARL

EFFECT has gained the approval as a subject of presentation for the 2006

conference. Each speaker is allocated an hour to make their presentation.

Prof. John Searl needs at least 10 hours to lecture therefore declined the

offer. Alternatively, John Thomas, Jr. has taken up the invitation to host the

subject matter.

SEG MOCKUP:

I also attended the conference in support of our presentation with this all

magnet SEG mockup as an exhibit.

SEGMENT SAMPLES:

Not exhibited are these SEG segments and some layer samples. There was a

complete segment filmed during the lecture, also seen by some individuals

during the course of discussions at the conference. The segments samples are

designed for a working Demo, which is currently under construction.

THE BALL ROOM EXHIBITION:

In this photo is Thomas Valone in black is turning the mockup’s magnetic

rollers around the plate with John Thomas next to him and having some

discussions.

HOST INTRODUCTION:

“Insight into Law of Squares & Operation of SEG & Inverse Gravity

Vehicle”, the introduction by the conference speaker Thomas Valone and he

reveals how he met Prof. John R.R. Searl in Germany long ago and it

inspired him ever since.

JOHN THOMAS SPEAKS:

With a series of slides images and some never before seen in public pictures

of the IVG in flight, John Thomas Jr. lectured about the Law of Squares and

its critical role in the design of both the SEG and the IGV. We are pleased

to report that the audiences in attendance were professional, business like

and courteous.

They clearly showed a great interest in the presentation and even after the

conference slide projector failed at his start, congratulation to John Thomas

for a job well done!

LINE OF QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

Every one in attendance was give the opportunity to ask questions and all

well answered. A great applause erupted when he revealed for the first time

in public, after a question, that a Movie Maker has taken up the opportunity

to make both a documentary and a movie based on Prof. John Searl’s life

story. The idea being that perhaps the $3 million needed for this project

maybe raised that way.

CONTINUATION AFTER THE SESSION:

The audience gathered upfront in farther discussions and a chance to do so

in an informal manner. No other lecture here gathered up such a scene up to

the podium and caused it to continue an extra 45 minutes.

Discussions over the SEG mockup:

Here we have two real troopers on the subject, talking about the SEG and it

was clear Russell Anderson (in black on the left) is a bit of an expert on the

SEG as he points out at the SEG mockup. On the right side next to him is

Randall Ashelman, his is from Nevada to hear about The Searl Effect. It was

a pleasure to meet them; they are indeed birds of a feather.

MY ATTENDANCE:

Next to the SEG mockup is the proof that I did indeed attend the conference.

We can only hope that of the several prospective investors, at least one will

take up the effort in a significant manner. Regardless, we have done our

part in preparing the Future Energy Community with insights to the up and

coming, Searl Effect Technology.

Note: DVD copies of this lecture available by order at the I.R.I. website or call for a free catalog (800)
