Article 14 LGPC. The National System of Civil Protection is an organic and articulated set of
structures, functional relationships, methods, standards, instances, principles, instruments, policies,
procedures, services and actions that establish jointly responsible units and entities of the public
sector among themselves, with the various groups volunteer, social, private organizations and with
legislative powers, Executive, and Judicial, of autonomous constitutional bodies of the states,
municipalities and delegations, in order to perform coordinated actions on civil protection.

• 10 Years ago in 2001 was created by the General Coordination of Civil Protection, the inter-agency group that still working in order to coordinate and respond immediately, prepared and documented to situations of emergency or disaster caused by the effects of these natural phenomena in the Mexico.
• It´s design enabled the penetration of a real culture of prevention, in different sectors of society, that authorities deal with fatal meteors, using the same language and concepts, with similar points of view to formulate its recommendations precise and simple content and complete instructions to people about what they should do before, during and after their presence; synchronization and articulation of actions between all members of the Civil protection system, optimizing resources and tasks.

The SIAT CT is strengthened as a warning to the population and authorities, based on the coordination.
Homogeneous acceptance to the implementation of the SIAT CT, without detriment to the human experience at the time of filing a contingency.
