• Have the concepts and instruments for strategic crisis management in your

country had to adapt to a changing risk environment?

• How is cooperation and coordination between different crisis management

structures in your country ensured to manage possible cascading effects of

complex crisis? Are there specific provisions for coordination across levels

of government?

• What are your experiences with public-private partnerships in terms of their

capacity to enhance crisis preparation and response?

• What important lessons have you learned through strategic crisis exercises

in your country?

• How can lessons learned be brought to the attention of decision-makers in

order to implement them in the redesign of strategies and methods?

• What benefits could be achieved by establishing an international crisis

management forum and network to exchange national experiences in the

area of inter-agency crisis management?
