SECTION 1 - BOOKING
Requirement Timely and Accurate submission of booking information
Where APL Logistic Taipei Office
Cut-Off Vendor should submit the booking(Shipping Order) one day prior to cargo delivery, thus APLL could get the shipping approval from consignee if any
shipment is out of the shipping window.
Process APLL Taiwan will check with APLL system whether PO fall in shipping window date or not first, APLL will issue shipping order no. and input booking data into APLL system if under “ Yes” scenario.
Consignee could track PO billing details from “NetTrac” system
at same time.
Note No Cargo will accept without APLL shipping order
Shipping authorization should be given by Consignee if any exception.

SECTION 2 - CARGO DELIVER & CLOSING TIME
Requirement Cargo must be delivered to APLL warehouse with shipping order .
Cargo should be delivered as booked and segregated per
Consignee’s PO number.
Carton Mark Vendor’s cargo should be packed into cartons under good condition and proper carton marks
Cut -Off #For APLL Load Cargo-
APLL Contract Warehouse should receive cargo during the
working hours.
Vendor will pass paper thru Taiwan customs before 5:00pm
on the cut-off day (Thu.)
#For Factory Load- Base on Carrier’s CY cut-off time (Thu.)
Note APLL will inform the actual cargo delivery date to all concerned parties, especially on shipping advise and container manifest.
