Flow Divider Features

The White Hydraulics’ flow dividers offer many advantages over other designs. All flow dividers utilise White Hydraulics’ patented Roller Stator Design. This design incorporates rollers for the critical sealing points of the rotor assembly. Benefits of this design include minimised leakage and less internal friction which result in higher mechanical and volumetric efficiency than other designs. The use of the Roller Stator design also guarantees more accurate output flows when pressure differentials are present at the outputs. The White Hydraulics’ flow dividers are also significantly quieter than many current designs, offering an advantage where application noise levels are critical.

The White Hydraulics’ flow dividers are available in 2, 3 and 4-way dividers with a large number of output ratios available. High PressureEqual Flow - With Relief

High pressure flow dividers come standard with two or four sections. Each section comes with a differential relief valve from output to input which allows a ‘lagging’ cylinder to catch up at end of stroke. Alternative multi-section and mixed section units are available on request.

Relief Valve Settings:

Standard setting on relief valve is 51 bar (750 psi) differential between outlet and inlet pressure. (These relief valves do not give system relief.)

Maximum total inlet flow (litres/min) is based on 3000 rpm. For a more quiet operation limit speed to between 1500 and 2500 rpm.
