General
The Type 360 ball check valve is available in SYGEF-PVDF with IR/butt fusion and socket fusion union ends that allow
valves to be connected into pipeline without additional fi ttings. Valve automatically stops fl ow in the back direction when
the fl uid in the line reverses. The valve closes by the deadweight of the ball when vertically mounted. We recommend that
the line fl uid velocity should not exceed 6.5ft/second (2m/sec).

General
Designed for line sizes 2" to 8", the Type 567 and 568 butterfl y valves offer lower actuation torque and an ANSI 150# bolt
pattern. Wetted materials are manufactured in the same material as the base piping system and are rated for pressures
up to 150psi. Lug style Type 567 valve is ideal for use as a dead-end service valve, while the wafer style Type 568 valve is
idealy suited as a light weight multipurpose inline valve. Also available pneumatically and electrically actuated, see "Valve

The Type 522 needle valve may be used in a wide range of services where SYGEF® is suitable in the chemical and general
environmental limits of the installation. Specifi c applications should be evaluated on the basis of pressure, temperature
(see "George Fischer Engineering Handbook") and fl ow capacity desired. The ¼” and 3/8” ports are standard pipe threads
(NPT) and may be adapted to tube fi ttings, socket adaptors or other piping components.
