1 Select “Corporate Action” under “Investment” in the Homepageafter login Online Banking

Select and enter Security Code or SMS One-Time Password, and click “Confirm”2

3 Click “View”

4 Select and fill in the required fields (if applicable), and click “Next”

5 Verify the information and click ”Confirm”

A message will be shown if the instructions are submitted, click ”Confirm” to return to Coporate Action homepage6
