The efforts of Tongaat Hulett Developments in creating the Sibaya Coastal Precinct has given us the opportunity to make our mark and realise our vision of creating unique luxury estate living on the North Coast. We have been fortunate to have had continued success; our other developments in the node, Pebble Beach Sibaya and Gold Coast Sibaya achieved sales of 75 and 80% at launch, which bolsters our faith in the precinct and the market’s faith in us. We have always strived to push the boundaries, and ever more with each of our projects.
