  • If any department needs new employee at the start they have to place a requisition to the Concern Head of the organization.Concern Head and Corporate HR place the file and they offer the requisition form.Fill up the form with the job detail and candidate criteria, responsibility.Then Concern HR give the recommendation to take forward steps.Then its get an approval from the Head of Accounts and Head of Finance.When they give the approval this paper goes to the Senior Vice Chairman.Final approval from the Senior Vice Chairman selection process going to be start.
