background Frame UK established in 1974 have built an enviable

reputation in the design, manufacture and construction of

environmentally friendly and thermally ecient quality

timber frame buildings with specications and packages

tailored to meet our clients requirements and budgets.

An increase in demand for Timber Frame has resulted in

us relocating to our new premises. Frame UK has invested

over £4 million into a 65,000 sq ft fully automated factory

on a 4.5 acre site, which will provide us with one of the

largest Timber Frame Manufacturing plants in the UK.

Frame UK manufacture and supply, timber frame

structural panels, roof trusses, smart roof interlocking

engineered panels, eco posi-oor joist system, Glulam

Portal Frames, Beamlock modular system, Structural

Insulated Panels, JJI Structural Timber Beams, our

product range provides our clients with the satisfaction

that the whole package can be sourced from one company.

Our wide experience in timber engineering coupled with

manufacturing exibility and using today’s most advanced

technology, combined with the most advanced computer

design software and hardware systems we produce

detailed construction drawings with strict Quality Control

Procedures enabling us to oversee every stage from initial

design to the manufacture and site erection of the project.

Frame UK is committed to working in partnership with our

clients in promoting, producing and improving our natural

environment. We recognise that sustainability is an

important issue and believe that we as a manufacturer

have a vital role to play in its delivery and are committed to

meeting the challenge of making all our procedures,

products and services more sustainable through a rolling

programme.

Forests, which gives our clients the insurance that our

timber used comes from a sustainable managed source.

This ensures forest management is eectively controlled

and regulated with a minimum of two trees planted for

every one cut down.

designAt Frame Homes, self-build truly means self-expression

and individual choice. Whatever its style or size, your

dream home will be a bespoke design, carefully tailored

to meet your needs.

There is no need to compromise on style or features. You

decide the number, size and shape of rooms you require.

You can choose the layouts that suit you best for

bathrooms and kitchens: and details like the architraves

and the position of doors and windows. Even the exterior

nish - be it brick, tile hung, timber cladding, stonework,

Tudor, or render - will be up to you.

You can totally design your new home from oor to ceiling

with help from our advisory service. Or, you can take one of

our standard house designs and make any alteration you

desire to achieve individuality.

Our policy of exibility also allows you to plan ahead when

you are selecting your timber frame package. For instance,

a growing family inevitably creates the need for more

space, so we can make provisions for future home

extensions, or use Attic trusses to allow you to create

usable rooms in the loft at a later stage (subject to building

regulations).

All our timber is treated and sourced from FSC R Certied

Engineered, Manufactured and Supplied from FRAME UK’s 65,000 sq. ft. Fully Automated Factory Complex

Frame UK is the authorised manufacturer of the eco-posi

joist system. This alternative joist system combines the

lightness of timber with the strength of the Eco-Posi Joist

steel web, you can span far greater distances than would

be possible with alternative timber products.

Adds further flexibility to your project with greater spans

and increased floor loading, easily incorporated, often

eliminating load bearing walls and expensive foundation

costs. Soil pipes, services and ventilation systems can

easily be fixed within the floor and roof voids reducing the

need for notching, drilling and unsightly boxing.
