improvement actions and undertaking additional project and development work

Our Agreed Aim
To provide ‘critical friend’ challenge to the Executive (and decision-makers) in respect of children’s social services by undertaking a range of overview & scrutiny activities to ensure that improvement in the care of vulnerable children is delivered, sustained and embedded

• 11 Board Meetings held since 20th April• 3 Task & Finish Groups established (20+ meetings)• 77% Board Member Attendance• 4 Meetings – Cabinet Member present• 15 external participants
