• For the semi-continuous pyrolysis plant, there are seven
basic parts and three optional parts for the customers.

2. Heating System(Basic parts)
There are four ways for heating the reactor:
a. Wood(Charcoal)
b. Coal
c. Gas(Natural gas or Liquefied gas)
d. Fuel oil(Heavy oil or Diesel oil)
Function: Continuously feeding raw materials into reactor to make reaction by heating,
inside raw materials will change to be gas after heating for some time, then gas
coming out from reactor.

Gas Subpackage Tower
Function: The oil gas go into gas-sub package, gas molecule will
spread out because of get into such a big space suddenly, then light gas go up to walk up unceasingly, at same time heavy molecule will come down go into residual oil tank.
Catalyst tower
Stop big molecule, and make gas more clear, desulfur, decolor etc, by adding catalyst.

Function: To cool gas, make gas to be oil, then flow into heavy oil tank.
Gas will be cooled for 3 times during cooling time.

The gas can be cooled by the double-layer or triple-decker spray.
There are some catalyst will be added in the atomization strong tower.
Emission Under Control
Scrubbing system installed in pant to ensure: 1. No SOx or NOx emission. 2. Process designed to destroy dioxin and furans if generated (not proven that pyrolysis plant generates there pollutants but still we have process to control this pollution. 3. Scrubbing of flue gases to ensure no particulate matter emission and reducing the temperature of flue gases to room temperature.

Mulser: It can process the oily waste water, and then as
the fuel to heat the reactor, realizing the ZLD.

contract; b. 70% payment against the copy ocean loading bill
or official note after delivery the machine by TT.
Price of machine and other term will be decided on
finalizing of order as contract.
