AddingnewtagsTagsareusedtoorganizeyourrecords.Youdragatagontoarecord(orvice-versa)andthenyoucanselectalllinkedrecordsbyselectingataginthenavigationpanel.Toaddanewtag:1.) Right-clickontoanexistingtag or

Right-clickonemptyspacewithinthenavigationpanel.2.) Select"New"fromthecontext-menuTip:Right-clickontoanexistingrecord,toaddanewtagasachildofit.

Un-select"Addaschild"ifyouwanttoaddanewtop-leveltagtothenavigationpanel.Tip:Dragatagfromthenavigationpaneltothelinkbox,ifyouwishtouseitfrequently.

AddingdatatothelinkboxRecordswhicharefrequentlyused,canbedraggedtothelinkbox.Clickontheiconofarecordinthelinkbox,toopenitintheregistrationwindowwithalllinkedrecords.Tip:Dragaseminarrecordtothelinkboxandactivatethecheckboxtokeepitthere.Thisisashortcutforquick-accesstoseminarsandotherrecords.Tip:Clickontheiconofaseminarinthelinkbox(astarindicatesaseminar)andyouwillseeallitsregistrations.Tip:Double-clickonthetitleofaseminarinthelinkboxanditwillbeloadedwithallitsdetailsintothedatabox.Note:Youcandragtagsfromthenavigationpanelorlinkedrecordsfromthelinkeddatapanelbelowofthedatabox.

DisplayingaddressdetailsduringaregistrationIntheregistration(link)window,clickaniconofanaddresstoseedetailinformation.

Addingindividualtexttoaninvoice/(confirmationletterSelecttheINVOICETEXTtab,ifyouwishtoaddsomeindividualtexttoaninvoice.Forinstanceifyouhavesomespecialarrangementsforaparticipant,youcanaddaconfirmationnotehere.

KeeptrackofpaymentsSelectthePAYMENTtabtoregisterpaymentsofaparticipant.UnderLastpayment,youaddatitleorthewaythepaymentwasmade,thepaymentdateandtheamountpaid.ThenyouclickontheADDPAYMENTbutton.SelectapaymentinthelistandclickontheREMOVEbutton,ifyouwishtodeletethatpayment.ClickonRecalculateafterthis.
