Multi-Functional Technology
The use of lateral jetting, as a means of well intervention & production optimization has been
around since the early 80’s & originally developed for the Austin Chalk formations in Texas.
Almost 30 years later, SEMJET decided to pick up where those earlier pioneers started out, taking an under-utilized application & vastly improving
it with newer & more advanced technologies.
In 2010, SEMJET developed, tried & tested a unique
range of patented down-hole tools, processes & specialty fluids for the sole purpose of accessing the formation & improving the flow of trapped
hydrocarbons from marginal wells.
In 2011, after a series of pilot projects during the
previous year, SEMJET implemented a number of critical upgrades required to improve the overall
performance of our services & increase the reliability of the down hole tools being deployed.
In 2011, SEMJET also improved & introduced some additional processes, such as underbalanced jetting which is critical in some wells to remove
cuttings & to prevent any further impairment of the formation during the jetting phase.

History
Objectives
Enhanced Oil & Gas Recovery With the rising demand for energy & a focus on improved EOR & CBM applications, SEMJET has already fulfilled its first objective of being at the forefront of a growth industry.
During recent months, SEMJET has seen a marked increase in the interest for our services, from various oil producers to major service companies, as well as a number of specialty fluid suppliers all looking for a new delivery method for their products.
These enquiries have been encouraging & inline with another of our main objectives of being able to find suitable strategic partners with existing regional infrastructure in place.
With that key support during an international expansion, SEMJET could look to achieve a faster market share, deploy more systems & promote the first ever, fully certified offshore jetting units.
With our unique formation access technology & our ability to deliver specialty stimulation fluids deeper into the reservoir, we would then, very quickly become the only group to offer both onshore & offshore well optimization services, using an integrated micro-coiled tubing ability.

Market
With a proven range of multi-functional technology, specialty fluids & in-house well engineering available, there are no limitations on the markets we aim for. Depleted or suspended marginal wells are prime candidates for our extended reach stimulation programs, in addition to us having a number
of other solutions for low pressure, heavy oil, damaged formations, Shale Gas & Tight Gas scenarios.

Through a select number of specialty fluid providers, SEMJET now has access to a wide range
of unique jetting & stimulation products.
Every fluid has been designed, tested & proven in
a controlled environment, ensuring formation compatibility & consistent success under various well conditions.
Considered as one of the most important aspects of the services we provide, SEMJET ensure that
our Well Engineering teams can select the most applicable jetting fluid to aid in penetration & the most effective stimulation fluid to maximize
the mobility of hydrocarbons.
Multi-cycle circulating foam for hole cleaning, formation stability fluid, in-situ acid, Polymers
for water shut off & a unique CO2 propagating fluid for heavy oil are just a number of the
products available for our international operations.
Delivery
Our micro-coiled tubing provide us with a primary delivery method, allowing for the displacement of fluids into the formation through lateral channels that can reach up to 100m in length out from the wellbore. Secondary delivery methods allow us to pump fluids through those laterals, improving the overall penetration area & increasing the effectiveness of the intended production improvement.

Enhanced Oil & Gas Recovery
Globally today, we have very limited competition, Radial Jetting technology as it has been known in other parts of the world, is a similar service
but hugely unreliable due to poor tool design.
These tool limitations do not allow for Radial
Jetting to be used in deviated or horizontal well bores, whereas SEMJET tools can.
In addition Radial Jetting has a casing limit of 4.5” or bigger, together with a very poor method of drilling a 7/8” hole through the casing that
require 8 runs into the well, whereas SEMJET can create multiple, large bore casing exits using just
1 run into the wellbore with the cutter & a second run to jet all the desired laterals.
With our emphasis on providing turnkey services to our clients, we are also able to supply the only fully integrated systems on the market
improving the efficiency of the project & reducing the overall costs.
Some conventional coiled tubing services have tried to enter the market in recent times,
however they are limited due to their equipment size, cost & an inability to exit casing at a true 90°
