ANNOUNCEMENTS!! Constitutional Fact!
Who counts ballots after elections?
Good question! According to the SGA Constitution, the only people who are allowed to count ballots after elections are the SGA Secretary (Kate Carpenter) and Honor Court Chair (Sarah Breckinridge). In the event that the SGA Secretary cant make it to count the ballots, the SGA President (Kyra Orr) would take her place. In the even the Honor Court Chair could not make ballot counting, the Appeal Board Chair (Cailin Asip) or Student conduct Council Chair (Eboni Carlton) takes her place. If there is no Honor Court Chair or SGA Secretary and someone is running for their position, then a member of Executive Board (Roundtable) or a Judicial Board Member will count the ballots.
