It’s time to flash those pearly whites and grin from ear to ear, because Friday 2 October is World Smile Day – a day to celebrate smiling and acts of kindness. So why not join in the celebration by doing something kind? Simply write the name or draw a picture of someone you want to make smile in the centre of the flower below. Then write a kind word on each petal to describe the person you’ll send it to. Next, grab some pencils, pens or paints to colour the picture or stick some stuff on to make a collage. Finally, send your completed piece of artwork to a friend or family member to make them smile! Want to send more than one?
